Ca de obicei, exista mai multe metode prin care poti face un lucru, dar am s-o abordez pe cea mai putin complexa. Rezultatul este satisfacator, oricum. Citeste si restul pentru video!

There are a couple of ways to get this job done, but i’ll stick to the easyest one, in terms of pho

toshop understanding. It’s a basic level tutorial and all the tools are described and

there are some videos linked to show in particular how do they work. Read the entire article for the video.

RO: O sa descriu toolurile pe care le-am folosit, de ce si unde (cam in ordinea aparitiei):

  • In primul rand am folosit segmente dintr-o imagine, in alta imagine.

    am mai descris asta aici, presupune doar selectii, apoi copy/ paste unde ai nevoie.

  • pentru a distorsiona sample-ul luat, intru in modul transform cu ctrl+t (ce-i drept, am incercat sa-l caut prin meniu, dar habar n-am pe unde e, intotdeauna l-am activat prin combinatia de taste :)
  • pentru optiunile de transformare, click dreapta in zona in timp ce iti apare chenarul (bounding box)
  • opacity mask pentru retusare (decupare, transparenta intre layere,

    etc). am mai povestit cum se foloseste aici si chiar mai apare prin alte tutoriale

  • moduri de transfer (blending modes): luminosity, color… cu ajutorul lor stabilesti un rapoarte de transfer a informatiei de culoare intre layere. de obicei le iei la rand de fiecare data, ca sa vezi care pica mai bine in situatia ta. asta e :)
  • clone stamp tool – cu el desenezi cu sample-uri de textura din alte zone. aici e un tutorial numai cu

    el!

  • burn: brush care iti intuneca imaginea unde ai nevoie
  • sponge: brush care desatureaza imaginea. bun cand ai zone prea colorate langa zone mai sterse si vrei sa faci o trecere mai lina
  • dodge: opusul lui burn, deschide zone umbrite.

Acuma…iepurele meu nu a iesit foarte sexy, dar daca insistam mai mult, il faceam sa si miaune :)

En: You saw the video, but i’ll explain below the tools used:

  • in the first place i’ve used samples from a picture and kind of copy/pasted over my rabbit.
  • to crop zones i used the free selection tool. you’ll find here a video about how to paste pictures or areas from a picture, into another, in photoshop.

    this is very-very basic, every one should master

    this.

  • to distort the sample, you enter into transform mode, by pressing ctrl+t. to get the context menu with all the transform modes, right-click on any area of the bounding box
  • i used the opacity mask to hide or blend areas from other zones.

    i wrote several tutorials involving opacity mask, this is pretty basic too.

    here is an article featuring the opacity mask.

  • transfer (or blending) modes, like luminosity, color... you use them to transfer or manipulate color and luminosity between layers.

    you have to try all the modes in order to have a clear view of what does each one of them.

  • clone stamp tool – a brush which “colors” with texture. i meant real textures from any area you want. here is a tutorial dedicated entirely to this.
  • burn tool: a brush which darkens areas
  • sponge tool: also a brush. it desaturates areas.

    best when you have to ease the shift between colored and faded zones.

  • dodge tool: it’s basically the oposite of the burn tool.

Now… my rabbit hasn’t come up all that sexy, but i haven’t got all the time.
